1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hydraphyll LTD. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.


2. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Please note: We cannot accept returns for opened or used skincare products unless they are faulty or damaged.


3. Return Process

1. Contact us at info@hydraphyll.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and, if applicable, photos of any damage or defect.

3. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

4. You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us.


4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or damaged.

If your return is approved, you will receive an email confirmation.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please email info@hydraphyll.co.uk.


6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.


7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Opened or used skincare products

Gift cards

Sale items marked as “non-returnable”


8. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.
